"For anyone who is after a two bedroom house in what Is described as one of the quieter roads in the city must see this house.

This house has a lovely homely feel about it and the improvement's the current owners have done are very impressive, particularly the kitchen and dining area which has been done very tastefully. It would be perfect for those who enjoy socialising and having dinner parties.

The owners have also replaced all windows and have a nice new modern bathroom suite.

Many people are looking have bought in this area as it is in the popular Admiral Lord Nelson catchment area. Locally there are convenience stores for daily essentials and you are also on main bus routes.

Viewings come highly recommended for anyone looking for something they can just move into and live.

We have lived here for 4 years and have really enjoyed it. Family commitments have made us decide to relocate, so we are now selling up.

We think people will like our house as we have put in a new kitchen, bathroom and windows. We have tried to decorate with fairly neutral colours, but still given it a bit of personality.

We have a fairly private back garden, which we think is quite a nice size.

We just encourage people to come and see, so we can see what they think. We will not be buying on, so hopefully this is an attractive feature for people.
