"FULL DESCRIPTION A delightful, very well proportioned and spacious detached four bedroom family house, in a much sought after location, conveniently situated within walking distance of Petersfield town centre and the railway station.

The accommodation on the ground floor comprises a large sitting room with French windows to the garden, a separate dining room, a cloakroom with a kitchen/breakfast room with separate utility room. Upstairs there are four spacious double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Many of the rooms have recently been redecorated and re-carpeted.

There is parking for five cars and a double garage with an automatic door. There is a garden area to the front and enclosed large garden to the rear of the property.
