"If there is one area in Petersfield that we are asked about more than any other by prospective buyers it would definitely be "The Village". Situated on the island within the ring road to the east of the town,'The Village' is ideally located; a short stroll away on one side to the High Street and train station, and on the other to the Festival Hall and the boating lake on the Heath.

Grenehurst Way forms part of 'The Village' and as well as its excellent and convenient location, this property is fully equipped to deal with the needs and requirements of any family. On the ground floor, the property features a spacious main living room with a conservatory to the rear. There is a separate dining room, fitted kitchen and cloakroom.
