"This imposing Victorian semi-detached family home retains many original features including sash windows, picture rails, open hearth fireplaces, stripped pine floorboards and doors and provides well proportioned living accommodation arranged over three floors. The accommodation briefly comprises, arch shaped part glazed double doors to the entrance porch with courtesy light and further part glazed double doors to the entrance hall with pine balustrade staircase to the first floor. The cloakroom has a white suite comprising low level wc and wash hand basin and the sitting room has a splay bay with stained glass sash windows and an open hearth fireplace set in an ornamental tiled surround. The dining room also has an open hearth fireplace and a pine door to the kitchen which is fitted with a range of pine units. The sun lounge has double glazed windows and roof and there are double glazed casement doors to the rear garden and an archway to the adjoining utility room with plumbing for automatic washing machine and Rayburn gas range. On the first floor landing there is a sash window and staircase to the second floor, two double and one single bedrooms and a bathroom suite comprising panelled bath with shower attachment and mixer tap, wash hand basin and low level wc. On the second floor there is a useful study area with two double glazed skylight windows and two further bedrooms.

To the front of the property there are steps up to a paved pathway, well stocked flower and shrub beds and side pedestrian access via a wooden gate to the rear. The rear garden has been gravelled for ease of maintenance and there is a raised decking area, brick built store and rear pedestrian access to the single garage with vehicular access into Inmans Lane.

Town Lane is a highly regarded no through road situated within the village of Sheet, about one mile from Petersfield town centre. Petersfield offers a comprehensive range of facilities including the Rams Walk complex, Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets, Marks & Spencer food hall and a twice weekly market held in The Square on Wednesday and Saturday.
