"This well presented three bedroom detached family residence is offered for sale with immediate vacant possession and the accommodation briefly comprises, entrance porch with quarry tiled flooring and courtesy light, entrance hall with oak floor boards and staircase to the first floor, cloakroom comprising wash hand basin and low level wc and the large sitting room has double glazed windows to two aspects, an open hearth fireplace set in a stone surround and there are double glazed sliding patio doors to the rear garden.
