"This late 1950's built home was greatly extended in August 2008 to provide a two storey extension and now provides well proportioned accommodation set in lovely gardens to the front, side and rear of the property. Planning permission has been granted to subdivide the property into two separate dwellings if required. The accommodation comprises obscure glazed double doors to the entrance porch with quarry tiled flooring, courtesy light and further double doors to the entrance hall which has a hatch to the roof space via a retractable ladder and built-in airing cupboard. The sitting room has an open hearth fireplace set in a brick surround, fitted bookshelves and double glazed windows to two aspects. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of units comprising single drainer enamel sink unit, cupboards, drawers, wall cupboards and working surfaces, built-in electric double oven/grill, gas hob unit with stainless steel extractor canopy above, plumbing for dishwasher, quarry tiled flooring, built-in larder and door to the inner hall.
