"A detached family house occupying a very convenient position, presented with mainly brick elevations and some tile hanging under a tiled roof. The accommodation is extremely deceptive, having been substantially extended to the rear about 20 years ago. To the ground floor, there are three separate reception rooms including a fine sitting room with attractive stone fireplace with fitted coal effect gas fire. There is an impressive family room to the rear with double glazed sliding doors opening onto the rear garden. The study could be adapted to a ground floor bedroom if required.
