"An extended detached family residence requiring some general updating and redecoration which is being offered for sale with immediate vacant possession. EPC - E

The accommodation comprises recessed porch with quarry tiled flooring, courtesy light and double glazed door to the entrance hall which has a balustrade staircase to the first floor landing with cupboard beneath. The cloakroom has a white suite comprising wash hand basin and low level wc and the large living room has a splay bay double glazed window overlooking the front garden, an open hearth fireplace set in a brick and wooden surround and there are double glazed casement doors to the outside. The dining room has a secondary glazed window overlooking the rear garden and there are doors to the utility/boiler room and kitchen which has a range of basic fitted units, cupboards, drawers, wall cupboards and working surfaces.

On the first floor landing there are picture rails and a hatch to the large loft space via a retractable ladder. The Avenue is one of Petersfield's mostly highly regarded and sought after residential road, opposite The Avenue playing field and tennis courts and also conveniently located close to Petersfield Heath, lake, the town centre and railway station. Petersfield has a comprehensive range of shopping, sporting and leisure facilities and the main line railway station provides a service from Portsmouth to London Waterloo.
