"This extended three bedroom detached bungalow has been comprehensively updated and improved by the current owner and is presented in excellent decorative order throughout. The accommodation comprises double glazed door to the entrance hall with built-in airing cupboard and hatch to the roof space via a retractable ladder. The sitting room has a double glazed semi-circular bay window, coal effect gas fire and the separate, well propotioned dining room also has a double glazed window. The kitchen is fitted with a range of modern units comprising cupboards, drawers, wall cupboards and working surfaces and there is a built-in electric oven, hob and extractor hood. There are double glazed windows to two aspects and a double glazed door to the rear porch which has tiled flooring and part glazed door to the rear garden.
