"This extended four bedroom detached family residence is offered for sale with no onward chain and the accommodation briefly comprises double glazed front door to the entrance porch with tiling to the walls and floor and a glazed door to the entrance hall with staircase to the first floor, port hole window and fitted cloaks cupboard. The shower room comprises a shower unit set in a tiled cubicle, inset wash hand basin with cupboard beneath and low level wc. The dining room has a splay bay double glazed window and an open hearth fireplace set in stone surround and the sitting room has double glazed patio doors to the rear garden and further glazed double doors to study. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of units comprising, cupboards, drawers, wall cupboards, working surface and double bowl sink unit and there is plumbing for an automatic washing machine and dishwasher. There is an adjoining pantry housing the Baxi gas boiler, heating controls and storage cupboards.

On the first floor landing there is a built-in airing cupboard and hatch to the roof space via a retractable ladder.
