"This well presented three bedroom semi-detached family home is situated in a most convenient residential road within walking distance of the town centre. The accommodation briefly comprises covered entrance porch with courtesy light, entrance hall with staircase to first floor landing and walk-in storage cupboard, cloakroom with white suite comprising pedestal basin and low level wc and the sitting room has double glazed leaded light windows to two aspects, two double radiators, a coal effect gas fire set in a marble surround and glazed double doors to the adjoining dining room. The dining room has a splay bay double glazed leaded light window and double glazed door to the conservatory which has double glazed windows and roof, ceramic tiled flooring and double glazed casement doors to the outside. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a 1? bowl sink unit with water softener and filter, an excellent range of limed oak fitted units and built-in Neff electric oven and grill, gas hob unit with extractor hood above and dishwasher. Marden Way forms part of the ever popular Herne Farm development and is conveniently located with walking distance of the town centre and railway station.
