" Set along this pretty tree lined road and directly opposite Petersfield's lake and Heath which covers some 69 acres including the 22 acre lake, this well-proportioned 1950's detached family home comes with a large frontage and an approx. ¼ of an acre rear garden. As well as offering further scope to develop and extend (subject to relevant planning consents), the house has a light and airy feel throughout with accommodation on the ground floor comprising a 19ft sitting room with open fire, separate dining room, double bedroom, kitchen, utility area and shower room. On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Additional benefits include a driveway providing parking for numerous vehicles, garage and a good size rear garden from which there are also far reaching views towards Butser Hill.

The property is also within walking distance of the pretty market town of Petersfield which offers a broad range of shops, boutiques, cafes and amenities, as well as its own mainline railway station. DIRECTIONS From the centre of Petersfield proceed along the High Street turning right at the war memorial and after about a ¼ of a mile turn left into Sussex Road. Continue along this road for some distance with the lake on your left hand side, where the property can be found approx. 1 mile along on the right hand side.
