"Bramble road is an excellent example of a good family home. With views over Butser Hill it is definitely one to put on your to view list.

With its two double bedrooms, good size single bedroom and two reception rooms, it is ideal for a young family or a couple looking to get their first step onto the housing ladder.

The kitchen is well equipped with built- in oven and hob, along with space for a washing machine and dishwasher. The Bathroom is fitted with a white suite along with a triton shower. There is also a handy storage cupboard.

There are parking spaces for several cars and a low maintenance garden to the rear for you to enjoy having friends round or just to relax in.

This home is situated within close proximity to Petersfield's leisure facilities and good road links to London and the south coast keeping journey times to a minimum.

When we walked into the house 19 years ago we knew it was the home for us.

The location was just what we were looking for close enough to Petersfield town but not slap bang in the middle, so we had the choice to dip in and out. The situation of the property was great for our two young boys close enough to the schools and we could keep an eye on them playing, as there is a playing field just to the front of the property. We also loved the fact that we could enjoy waking up to the view of Butser hill every morning. We will be sad to leave the property but feel as our boys have grown up we no longer need this size of home.
