"A well maintained and updated three bedroom semi-detached home situated in a popular residential location about half a mile from the town centre. The accommodation briefly comprises covered entrance porch with double glazed front door to the entrance hall which has a balustrade staircase to the first floor landing and cupboard beneath. The sitting room has a splay bay double glazed window and a coal effect gas fire set in a brick surround and the adjoining dining room has double glazed sliding patio doors to a sun room. The kitchen is fitted with a range of modern units comprising cupboards, drawers, wall cupboards and working surfaces and there is a built-in electric oven/grill, gas hob unit with extractor hood above and plumbing for automatic washing machine. There is a double glazed door to a rear lobby with built-in cupboard housing the gas boiler and a double glazed door to the outside. On the first floor landing there is a hatch to the roof space, three bedrooms (all with views over fields) and a first floor modern bathroom suite.

The house is approached via a gravel driveway providing parking for two vehicles and there is a further tarmac hard standing. The front garden is laid to lawn with shrub borders and there is side pedestrian access to the rear. The rear garden is also laid mostly to lawn with a raised paved patio area, garden shed, stocked flower and shrub beds and there are lovely views over the surrounding fields to the rear.
