The downstairs living space, which is almost 25 foot in length, has been cleverly designed using two archways to divide the space into a living room and a dining room. Patio doors lead off the dining room onto the rear garden and the kitchen is also conveniently located off the dining room area.

Upstairs the master bedroom is a generous double and the second bedroom is also a double. There is a loft room which has a Velux window and has been boarded and plastered. This space could be converted into a third bedroom, subject to the usual permissions being obtained.

Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and side access to the rear garden which is laid predominantly to turf and planted with mature shrubs.
