"This property offers a rare opportunity to pick up a spacious 4 bedroom family home which combines plenty of character from the 1930's, with a modern feel.

Having already been extended to the rear, the property still offers the opportunity for further development (subject to the usual planning consents), with a spacious loft space which could easily be converted into another room.

For entertaining the property is ideal with a beautiful 13ft square front facing living room with wooden flooring and a large bay window, while the separate rear dining room makes full use of the extension at over 17ft in length. There is also a further reception room which sits off the back of the kitchen and makes an ideal study/office or playroom.

The location of the property is perfect for those wishing to commute as the train station is only a short walk and can get you into London (Waterloo) within approximately an hour.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and offered to the market with no onward chain this property is a must see family home.

What the Owner says:

It was the size and location that appealed to us when we bought the house. The quiet cul-de-sac is only a few minutes walk from the train station and town.

The house is a great size too with 4 really good size bedrooms and lots of living space means that even with a full house, we are not on top of each other.

Since buying the house we have decorated the downstairs and replaced the bathroom suite in 2010.

The biggest selling points must surely be the location and the driveway which offers multiple parking.
