" The entrance hall has the stairs to the first floor, a useful under stairs storage cupboard and attractive engineered wood flooring. The kitchen is fitted with a range of white wall and base units with a contrasting worktop and an inset sink unit with a mixer tap over. There is an integrated electric oven, a four burner gas hob and extractor along with space for a tall fridge/freezer and a washing machine, an outlook to the front, part tiled walls and tiled flooring. The sitting/dining room also has engineered oak flooring and small pane glazed twin doors through to the large conservatory. The conservatory has low level cavity brick walls, UPVC double glazed windows, a polycarbonate roof, a radiator, tiled flooring and twin casement doors onto the patio and rear garden. The ground floor extension has created a good sized cloakroom which is fitted with a modern white suite comprising of a WC, a wash basin, a ladder style heated towel rail, recessed ceiling spotlights and this room also houses the modern Worcester gas fired boiler. There is a good sized area of garden to the front laid mainly to lawn with mature flower and shrub borders, an attractive block paviour driveway provides off road parking for two vehicles and leads to the attached single garage which has a pitched roof, an up and over door, power, light and personal door through to the rear garden.
