An exceptionally well-appointed 1930‘s house of approx. 3500 sq ft with an impressive 10 metre heated indoor pool and separate games room with hot tub and sauna. This is a home of great charm close to the sea, excellent schools, a main line train station and local amenities. This delightful home is in the desirable Becton area and close to a well-regarded private school, only minutes from the beautiful beaches and Barton Common, where the New Forest ponies now roam. The recreation area at Long Meadow and the world renowned cliff-top Barton Golf Course are both in very close proximity. Barton-on-Sea provides an excellent range of amenities and beach front restaurants with Lymington and Christchurch approximately ten minutes away. The property is situated within the catchment area for a choice of well-regarded schooling and there is convenient access to the main line train station (to London Waterloo) and airports, as well as a range of active health clubs and societies in the surrounding area, including the yachting facilities of Christchurch and Lymington.
