Owner's Comments: We bought our home from new in October 1997. At the time we had three teenage daughters living at home and the accommodation suited our needs. The position of the house appealed to us as it is at the end of a cul de sac and the back garden looks out on to woodland . The sun shines all day in one corner or another and we have enjoyed developing a low maintenance haven. The house is in a good location for excellent schools and we love being close to the sea and the New Forest. We only ever intended to stay 5 years in the property but 13 years later, with the last daughter getting married this summer we feel we would like something a little smaller.
