" A large three bedroom, two reception room detached bungalow, situated in a popular location within the semi-rural village of Hordle. Other features of the property include a large conservatory, off road parking to the front and a modern kitchen.


The property has a UPVC double glazed entrance porch leading through to the initial hallway, which in turn leads to a second spacious hallway which has room for a computer desk etc, if required. The large sitting room enjoys a double aspect and has a feature bay window providing a lovely outlook over the rear garden.The conservatory has low level cavity brick walls, UPVC double glazed windows, a polycarbonate roof and a sliding door onto the patio. Adjoining the sitting room there is a separate dining room and this room could be utilised as a fourth bedroom if required. The kitchen is fitted with a range of modern wall and base units with a contrasting worktop and an inset sink unit with a mixer tap over. There is an integrated high level double electric oven, four burner gas hob and an extractor over. The rear garden has a good size area of of textured paved patio with the remainder laid mainly to lawn with mature beds and borders.
