"Situated in a delightful rural location the property has been meticulously maintained, and greatly improved by the current vendors, into a fabulous family home. The property is fully double glazed, has gas central heating and cavity wall insulation.

The spacious and well appointed accommodation has a very flexible layout, the current owners have run a very successful bed and breakfast business from the property in recent years, which could be continued and expanded further.

The front entrance door leads into the spacious hallway with original solid block wooden flooring, with an attractive turning staircase to the first floor, and doors to the dining room, lounge and kitchen.

To the rear of the house is the generous sized lounge with an attractive fireplace, and sliding doors leading out to the fabulous conservatory. The conservatory offers beautiful views over the rear garden.
