LOCATION: This spacious detached bungalow occupies an excellent location in this pleasant no through road within a short walk of the village shops and station.
Liss village, situated in the South Downs National Park, provides shops for all day to day needs, mainline station and schools for infants and juniors. The A3 bypasses the village, providing access to the south coast and the M25 and London to the north. The opening of the Hindhead tunnel has further enhanced the attraction of this sought after location, attracting people wishing to move out from the traditional commuter belt and suburbs but still being able to return there for work. The other nearby towns of Petersfield, Alton and Haslemere are all easily accessible.

This detached bungalow dates from the 1960's and has been much improved in recent years with a modern fitted kitchen, wet room and double glazing. The property has also been adapted for occupation by someone with limited mobility, having a level approach from the drive at the front and at the rear an external lift affords access from the living room to the garden. There is also an attached garage with double doors to the front and a door leading into a workroom at the rear with double glazed door from the rear garden. The front garden is attractively hard landscaped with paviour drive and path, shingle areas, circular patio and various shrubs and borders. There are access paths to each side of the bungalow which lead to the rear garden. Paved patio with external lift down from living room, outside tap, expanse of lawn and various shrubs and small trees, vegetable garden area. There is a useful potting shed and further small shed. The whole is attractively laid and contained with fenced boundaries.
