"A well presented link detached family house, presented with brick and part weather boarded elevations under a tiled roof.   The property benefits from an open plan layout to the ground floor, providing a light and airy feel, together with a good size conservatory to the rear. The first floor comprises four bedrooms and a family bathroom which has recently been refitted by the current owners. In addition, the central heating boiler was replaced in December 2015. There is potential to enlarge the property to the side, subject to planning consent. The current owner did get permission in June 2008 for a two storey extension to the side with a single storey extension to the rear. This has however now lapsed.

Situation
Occupying a popular location within about 1 mile of the centre of Liphook village with its range of shops, including Sainsburys supermarket. Liphook station, on the Waterloo/Portsmouth main line is within about 1.2 miles. There is an excellent choice of both state and private schools in the vicinity including Churchers Junior School and Bohunt Community School which won the TES overall school of the year in 2014. There are many acres of fine countryside close at hand, including much under the ownership of the National Trust.
