The sitting room is double aspect with a gas fireplace and stone surround and doors leading to the conservatory. On the first floor is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a further guest bedroom with en suite shower room and three further double bedrooms with family bathroom.

Situation
Occupying a sought-after position on the popular Berg Estate, conveniently situated within 0.5 mile of Liphook village centre and station on the Portsmouth/Waterloo main line. There is a wide choice of shops including a Sainsburys supermarket, library and doctors surgeries. There is an excellent choice of both state and private schools in the vicinity, including Bohunt Community School. More comprehensive facilities are available in the town of Haslemere, within about 5 miles. The A3 provides access to Guildford and London to the north and to the south the coast.
