The property has been extended in the past and there is further potential to enlarge the first floor accommodation subject to planning. To the ground floor, there is an impressive reception hall which leads into the sitting room which benefits from a fireplace with fitted gas fire. A wide opening leads through to the dining room with an attractive curved bay window. The kitchen/breakfast room has been refitted and there is a separate utility. Occupying a highly sought-after location at the end of a cul-de-sac, conveniently situated within about 0.5 mile of the centre of Liphook with its excellent range of shops. Liphook station is on the Waterloo/Portsmouth mainline.
