"Generous four bedroom semi detached house with off road parking to the front and level enclosed south facing garden to the rear.

An ideal location for family living being close to the village school, sports field and local national trust woodlands, and all village shops and amenities within walking distance.

The two storey extension undertaken by the current owners has created flexible and generous accommodation.

Driveway parking is found to the front of the house, with access to the house being available via the formal entrance porch and front door into a good sized hallway, or via the workers entrance into the utility area; handy for putting shopping away!

From the main entrance hall you enter into a good sized dining room which enjoys views over the garden. The kitchen breakfast room is adjacent to this, with plenty of space for family life and meal preparation with the kitchen area offering good cupboard storage with integrated oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. Off the kitchen is a small study walk in larder, a WC side lobby and a separate utility room with butlers sink, pull out ironing board and space for white goods.
