"Nestled at the northern end of Hayling Island, Taybury is an interesting and charming detached bungalow providing a superb holiday home or downsize opportunity. Taybury was built in a villa-style and sits under a kilometre from Langstone Bridge and Northney - an area of outstanding natural beauty. The property is approached via a paved driveway leading to the integral garage and front door via the attractive open triple archways and open porchway. Internally the hallway leads into the dining room and through an archway into the open-plan kitchen, breakfast room overlooking the rear gardens whilst also benefitting from a separate utility room with access to the garage. There are three double bedrooms with the master enjoying an en-suite shower room refitted, along with the family bathroom, just a few years ago. Meanwhile the lounge enjoys a lovely outlook over the rear garden and is fitted with a gas coal effect fireplace, ideal for the winter months. The lounge leads on to the conservatory with doors to the enclosed rear garden, complete with mature borders, a garden shed and an area of patio accessed via the kitchen/utility room. An internal inspection of Taybury is highly recommended as bungalows of this nature are rare to the market.
