Situation
Wittering Road is situated at the south eastern end of Haying Island, at the mouth of Chichester Harbour. It is close to a nature reserve and the popular Hayling Island Sailing Club and Marina and is always a particularly popular position for water enthusiasts. There are tennis courts in the vicinity as well. Hayling Island is located to the south of Havant and is renowned for its beaches and wildlife. Cross Langstone Bridge onto Hayling Island and proceed to the southern end of the island along the A3023 Havant Road. Continue for some distance and turn left into Church Road which then proceeds into Elm Grove. Turn left into Selsmore Road and fork right into Rails Lane. Turn left into Southwood Road and third left into Eastoke Avenue. The seventh turning on the right is Bosmere Road. Take the second left into Sandy Point Road and first left into Bracklesham Road. Continue to the end of this road and follow on into Wittering Road where the property will be found on the right hand side.
