"Looking for a family home with character and all the modern trimmings? Then you may just have found the perfect house!

You will be impressed from the word go as you walk up the driveway which give you space for several cars. There is also a garage so no worries about finding a parking space.

Inside you will immediately notice the crisp plastered walls with neutral colours that lead you into the stunning open plan kitchen/ dining room. The dining area is perfect for family meals and entertaining and it opens up into the spacious yet cozy living room which has light flooding through the double glazed bay window. Both rooms contain gorgeous period style fireplaces which really adds to the warm family feeling of this charming home.

The sun room provides the opportunity to relex with a glass of wine and enjoy the impressive rear garden which has plenty of lawn and a patio area for those warm summer evenings. We bought this home because Lester Avenue is such a lovely road and we saw a huge amount of potential/ We have completely re-plastered and re-decorated the house throughout and have opened up the downstairs creating light and space. We absolutely love the kitchen with its solid pine work tops and butler sink its the kitchen we always wanted.

The kitchen/ dining room is where we spend most our time and the open fire makes the big space really cozy in the winter then its colder.

I just hope the next owners enjoy all the hard work we've done and really love the house
