PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
A semi detached house situated in a small street just off Middle Park Way. The property benefits from a full width extension to the rear comprising of a kitchen and a conservatory, therefore offering larger than average accommodation and the garden faces South giving it a nice sunny aspect overlooking the school to the rear. Many of the windows have been replaced with modern Upvc double glazing and the property has gas fired central heating.

Leigh Park has excellent road communications having easy access to the A3M and A27. Leigh Park shopping centre of Dunsbury Way has a selection of stores including Iceland, Lidl and Tesco. Havant town centre is under 2 miles and provides further excellent shopping facilities with a large number of stores including Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Waitrose, Next, Aldi to name just a few. The train station at Havant provides a direct line to London Waterloo taking approximately an hour and quarter (fast train) and there is a bus station offering routes to numerous areas. There is a good local recreation park at Bidbury Mead, which is home to the bowling green, cricket ground and tennis courts and Staunton Country park is found on the edge of Leigh Park offering walks and a farm for the younger family members.
