The inviting hall leads you to the family sized lounge. The kitchen has been refitted and leads through to a very useful area which you could utilise as a study, or even a children's playroom, just remember to close the door behind you!

Having the bathroom upstairs and a cloakroom on the ground floor means fighting for the toilet first thing in the morning is a thing of the past.

Another plus is the size of all three bedrooms, so whatever age the kids are, they should be happy with the space on offer.

Located between Gosport and Fareham, access to the A32 is very easy, so it should make the commute that much easier should you work out of town.

We have put a lot of love and care into making this a nice family home, and we have had all the major jobs done since we moved in.

I would recommend this house to anyone, especially to those with children, as it offers everything a growing family would need.

We particularly like the fact it has parking, which means whatever time we get home, a space is always guaranteed for us!

The rear garden is very private and gets plenty of sun, and is also a very secure place for the children to play.
