"What can I say? This large two bedroom property has been immaculately decorated and presented throughout by the current owner. The house is a dream come true to those buyers that don’t want to do any work, you can just pick up your furniture and move straight in.
Situated in central Gosport, the property is ideally situated for those that commute out of the town as the A32 is but a stone throw away. If clothes shopping is your thing then Gunwharf Quays with its designer outlets is just a short ferry hop away.
As soon as you walk into this house you appreciate how much bigger and better it is than most of the competition. The ample lounge stretches out as you walk through the lobby, which has been finished to a high standard, this in turns continues via wooden double doors into the spacious dining room. The accommodation consists of a fitted kitchen, a superb re-designed bathroom suite on the ground floor with the properties well proportioned 2 double bedrooms on the first floor.
To keep those bills down there boasts double glazing and gas central throughout the house.
If there is going to be just one property that you are going to view this week.... THEN THIS is it.

What the Owner says:

I wanted something a little different than the normal 2 up, 2 down. Well this was it. As soon as I walked in I could see the potential of the place.
The Rooms seemed to be really good shapes and larger than what I had been looking at. The place needed work but that just meant I could do it how I wanted it done. Over the past few years I have re-decorated throughout and put in a great bathroom.
Because I am opposite a school, parking is great as after 4pm there is no one there, which means at night I can just pull up and relax.
