Hanbrige has spacious living accommodation , the master bedroom has fitted bedroom furniture with en-suite bathroom with separate shower. There is a single detached garage and driveway that provides parking for more cars.

Hanbrige is situated close to a popular golf course and the area has many miles of picturesque countryside which is popular with walkers and nature lovers.
The village has good amenities including a store and post office. The house is in walking distance from the public houses, restaurant, school, church and doctors surgery. Directions Leave Farnham West Street and at the Volkswagen garage, turn right into Crondall Lane. Follow the road for approximately three miles into Crondall village. At the T junction turn right into Pankridge Street. After passing The Hampshire Arms on the right, turn right into Redlands Lane. Go over the bridge and after approximately 100 yards the cul-de-sac can be found on the right.
