"This spacious three bedroom detached bungalow has been significantly improved over the years. The current owner has lived in the property for the last 19 years and will be very sad to leave. The fabulous position would make this property ideal for someone looking to downsize given the excellent accommodation and being within a sort walk of the local village shops, bus stop and grounds which are of a good size but very easily maintained.

The theme of this property continues from the moment you enter the entrance hall and are greeted by the warm, light, spacious hallway. With a separate WC and shower room on your left, you are immediately drawn into the sitting room, which can be found on your right. This room does exactly what it ?says on the tin?, it is a fantastic, versatile room currently being used as an open plan sitting/dining room. With three large windows, two of which being full floor to ceiling, this room is both front and side aspect which lets lots of natural light flood in to the room. Another feature to this room is the remote controlled feature electric fireplace. The kitchen which sits to the rear of the property was updated in 2009 has all the expected built in appliances.
