"This charming detached bungalow is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outer edges of Emsworth. This popular village has an array of individual shops, restaurants and public houses. It is home to 2 sailing clubs and has popular harbour and foreshore walks. An added benefit is the direct rail link to London and good bus routes.

What the Owner says:

I moved to this bungalow 11 years ago and I don't really want to move but needs dictate that I must. I love the quietness of the cul-de-sac and the location as it is so handy to get to Emsworth Village, Chichester and Portsmouth. There are schools, the train station and Doctors surgery all within easy reach. I have done a lot of work to the bungalow including, laying new flooring throughout, putting in a new kitchen and bathroom and adding an electric up and over door plus a personal door to the garage.
It is so lovely in the summer as I have patio doors from the bedroom leading straight out to the garden and there are security shutters just for extra piece of mind. I will truly be sad to leave this wonderful bungalow.
