" This deceptively spacious and extended four bedroom semi-detached family home has been extensively refurbished by the current owners. The accommodation on the ground floor briefly comprises an entrance hall, sitting room, 16ft lounge, spacious open plan kitchen/conservatory and cloakroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, with a modern en-suite to the master, and a good size family bathroom.

To the front of the property there is a large driveway providing ample off road parking for several cars and gated side access leading to the detached garage. The attractive, larger than average rear garden has a decked seating area, leaving the rest of the garden mainly laid to lawn.

The property is located in the popular area of Fair Oak and benefits from being close to local shops, schools and amenities. Larger facilities can be found at Hedge End's out-of-town retail park and the property is also close to Eastleigh's mainline railway station and Southampton Airport.

 

INSIDE The front door opens into the porch, which in turn leads through to the entrance hall, which has stairs leading to the first floor, a door through to the sitting room and an opening to the lounge. The sitting room, which is currently used as a play room, has a bay window to the front and a fireplace with fitted cupboards and shelving to either side of the chimney breast. The 16ft lounge has French doors to the side and a door leading through to the kitchen/breakfast room. DIRECTIONS From our office in Hedge End turn right at the traffic lights into lower Northam Road and at the roundabout take the second exit into Woodhouse Lane. At the end turn left onto Winchester Road and follow this road which will turn into Botley Road. Continue along this road, passing through Horton Heath, and at the traffic lights in Fair Oak turn left onto Eastleigh Road. Take the second turning on the right into Fair Oak Road, where the property can be found a short way along on the left hand side. "
