"Austin & Wyatt are delighted to offer for sale this excellently presented two/three bedroom terraced property with parking to the rear.

Situated in the heart of Eastleigh this property has great transport links with the M3, M27, Southampton Airport, Southampton Parkway station and all local bus routes all on your doorstep.

This well presented terraced property consists of modern decor throughout and comprises a sitting room, dining room, modern kitchen and downstairs WC, two/three bedrooms, bathroom and parking to the rear and bay parking to the front.

The lounge feels fresh, light and airy with the cleanly skimmed walls and ceiling. There is a double glazed bay window to the front aspect which catches the morning sun and really lights the room up.

The dining room follows suit with the fresh appearance and double glazed windows allowing for natural light. There is also a set of double doors giving access to ample storage under the stairs.

The kitchen in our opinion is one of the best rooms in the property with a modern fitted kitchen, skimmed walls and ceiling with down lighters, space for a washing machine and fridge/freezer and also a double cooker to be included with the sale. The single drainer sink has been inset by the double glazed window and the floor has been laminated.

Leading to the garden there is a rear porch with a modern fitted downstairs WC with wash hand basin and double glazed window to rear.

The stairs leading to the first floor direct you to the master bedroom which again is skimmed, double glazed to the front elevation and has a feature open fire which is currently for show.

The second bedroom again is double glazed to the rear elevation with a storage cupboard over the stairs. There is a door leading through to the third bedroom/study which also has a double glazed window to rear elevation.

The bathroom

(currently accessed through the third bedroom) consists of a three piece suite comprising panel enclosed bath, wash hand basin and low level WC. The majority of the bathroom is tiled, has an extractor fan and there is also a shower attachment.

The rear garden, being mainly laid to lawn has a patio area, outside tap and pathway leading to the rear parking which has been separated by a gated entrance.

In brief the property offers modern accommodation and in our opinion has little or no work to do for any prospective buyer looking in or around the immediate area with the benefit of parking.

Please call Austin & Wyatt to book an appointment at your earliest convenience to arrange a viewing as we anticipate a high level of interest.
