We bought this house back in 2019 as it s right in the heart of everything we wanted to be near, walking distance from pubs, parks, schools and the train station. We have renovated the house to high standards with a summer house added to the property. We had planned to extend and renew the kitchen, however whilst living here our family has grown and we have not found the time. We have really enjoyed our time in this home, getting to know the neighbours and building our family.

This family home is beautiful throughout! Approaching the property, you will notice a large drive for several vehicles. Once you enter, there is a bright and airy entrance hall. One side takes you into a part garage conversion, which could be a great playroom or study. There is also a W C. On the other side, a well appointed kitchen at the front provides a great opportunity for a buyer to put their own stamp on this home, as it s the only room that could benefit from updating. There is also a door leading to the side of the property. The heart of the home is the spacious open plan lounge and dining area at the rear. There is a stylish media wall and French doors that lead to a beautifully landscaped, low maintenance garden. There is enough space for a good sized dining table.
Upstairs, there are three generous bedrooms, all with fitted storage, providing enough space for the whole family. The landing area also offers additional storage solutions. The luxury bathroom is finished with elegant porcelain tiles and features both a separate shower and a freestanding bath for everyday family requirements.
The sellers have also added a summer house in the garden with power making another work from home space or chill out space in the evenings.
