PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
LOCATION: The house is situated towards the end of this highly sought after no through road on the periphery of Whitehill. Countryside walks via the Deadwater Valley are accessed from Monument Chase.
Well placed for access to local shops in the Forest Shopping Centre, Tesco's and local bus routes. Schools for all age groups are easily accessible. The A3 is easily accessible providing fast road access to London, M25 and the south coast. For rail access to London Waterloo, Liphook Station is about four miles drive. Whitehill and Bordon is currently undergoing major regeneration with many new facilities including a new town centre on the agenda. The recently opened ring road has relieved traffic from the town.
