"Well loved semi detached family house in a quiet cul de sac with elevated woodland outlook to the rear. Driveway parking, generous front garden and mature enclosed rear garden.

Situated within a spacious cul de sac of similar homes. A deep front garden which is predominantly laid to lawn has a driveway running down the side providing parking for two three cars. At the end of the drive is an integral store formerly the garage .

The front door can be found at the side of the house and opens into the heart of the home, a spacious open plan kitchen dining room. To one side is the dining area, and to the other the kitchen, with a central unit housing an integral oven, hob and extractor hood in the middle. There is a good range of built in drawer and cupboard storage with space for white goods. Sliding doors open onto a patio area and the rear garden, perfect for flexible dining once the summer arrives.

There is a WC off the kitchen, which in turn has a door which opens into the store garage.

To the front of the house is a lovely sitting room with large south facing window allowing natural light to flood the room, centrally is a chimney breast with a gas fire within.
