"The large entrance hall sets the tone for this house, being spacious and welcoming. It has attractive woodblock flooring and two useful storage cupboards. The living room is a light twin aspect room with an attractive bay window to the front and patio doors leading out to the rear garden. The dining room sits to the back of the house and can take a decent sized table.

The kitchen/breakfast room has a good range of wall and base cupboards with complementary work surfaces. There is space to the side of the house, which could provide room to extend the kitchen, potentially doubling its size (subject, of course, to planning). Completing the ground floor is the downstairs cloakroom.

A particularly appealing feature of this home is the size of the bedrooms. Three of these are large doubles, with the master bedroom having a good size en-suite bathroom with an independent shower over the bath.
