"A substantial 4/5 bedroom semi-detached house with well proportioned accommodation arranged on three floors and featuring one of the larger plots on this select development by Bellwinch Homes and situated in one of the best regarded roads within Basingstoke. The house has had numerous alterations and improvements since its construction in 1999/2000. Originally the show house, the property now features a master suite of bedroom and shower room with guest suite on the second floor with overall measurements of 22' x 10'10" with en suite shower room, three further bedrooms and family bathroom. Outside there are attractively landscaped gardens with a surprisingly good degree of privacy, particularly to the side which has a pleasant courtyard feel and adjoins the double width garage which would make a good studio, study or surgery etc. having a kitchenette, cloakroom, stove with chimney and double glazed French doors to the garden.

Located just to the south of the town amongst other individual homes in this leafy road the 'top of town' is within ? mile and beyond there the shops and facilities of the town centre together with the main line station. A similar walk in the other direction almost takes you to open countryside. The design of the house draws on Victorian influences and is a happy marriage of old and new with modern en suites, double glazing and pressurized hot water system etc. In all requiring an internal viewing to appreciate the space and qualities of this attractive family home.
