EweMove Featuring a large two storey extension, this beautiful five bedroom home is situated close to highly regarded Chineham Schools. Having undergone full modernisation and upgraded throughout, this family home offers nearly 2,400 ft of versatile accommodation

The extension was completed in the summer of 2023, with the design creating a large open plan kitchen hub, a redesigned utility boot room and a large new principle bedroom, with an attached dual dressing room and large ensuite.

The outside of the property has been thoughtfully designed with the extension, to keep the characteristics of the home the same. There is a driveway leading to the electric double garage door and electric car charging point, whilst to the front of the house, there is a small landscaped, mainly lawned front garden, which is well screened with some mature plants creating a nice border.

Through the front door, there is a large entrance hallway, offering an immediate first impression of grandeur and space. To the left of the hallway is a large study, which has been professionally fitted out and offers plenty of space for those working from home. The large dual aspect lounge is located to the left of the hallway and features a media wall with an electric fireplace built beneath the TV. Doors at the rear of the lounge open out onto the spacious patio.

The lounge also has a set of Bifold doors which open into what the owners currently use as a playroom. The playroom can also be accessed through the hallway entrance, and the bi fold doors allow the room to be closed off from the lounge.

The owners have also had a bespoke pullout cupboard created underneath the stairs, with plenty of room for coats and shoes to be hidden away.

The real gem of the downstairs is the fabulous open plan German kitchen hub installed by "Two Guys". This recently installed kitchen comes with an indepth range of storage cupboards and drawers, Island with hob and integrated wifi fan, two Miele wifi ovens and a heating drawer. There is also a fully fitted floor to ceiling wifi connected fridge freezer that makes ice and a wifi integrated bean to cup coffee machine. Finishing touches to the kitchen are also first class, with 30mm "Bloomstone Calacatta Glacier" worktops and bespoke backlit glass splashbacks. The rest of the kitchen hub is spacius and offers plenty of room for family dining and entertaining the rear of the room is mainly glazed with POCKET DOORS to the rear of the kitchen, allowing you to slide the huge glazed doors into the wall, really creating an illusiton of a floating ceiling, bringing the outside in during those summer months. Professionally fitted remote electric blinds allow for privacy, covering the pocket doors should you wish to close off the outside world. There is also a bespoke glass lantern with remote control opening and remote LED strip lighting surround. The kitchen hub and utility room also have piped underfloor heating, which is remotely connected, whilst the flooring in the kitchen, utility room and entrance hallway has been finished in Herringbone Westchester Oak

The redesigned utility room has plenty of storage space and plumbing and fittings for both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is also a door leading through into the garage.

Upstairs there are five bedrooms, all of which are a good size. The Principle bedroom is part of the new extension and offers an abundance of space and privacy as it is set away from the remaining four bedrooms. No expense has been spared with the thought that has gone into the planning for this bedroom suite, with a room created that would not look out of place in a Four Seasons Hotel. Off the bedroom, there is a large dual dressing room with an enclosed cupboard and drawer space, mirrors, seating areas and powerpoints creating a luxurious space to get ready for the day ahead. Beyond the dressing room is the fabulous no expense spared ensuite bathroom. This fabulous space has a 6k roll top bath, a huge walk in shower, dual sinks, Portuguese tiles, taps and flush that have been rose gold leaf plated, mirrored glass fitted within the shelves and new karndean flooring.

Three of the four remaining bedrooms all doubles also have the benefit of fitted wardrobe space, ensuring there is plenty of storage for the whole family. What was the original Principle bedroom also has a large ensuite bathroom which the current owners have redesigned and refitted in the time they have been at the house. Similarly, the main bathroom has had a full redesign and refit to offer a fabulous space to relax and unwind.

Finally, upstairs there are two large lofts, with the original loft offering a space which is boarded, and has electric plug points and a table. The second loft is above the new principle bedroom, and is not yet boarded, but has a ladder installed

Outside, the rear garden is South Easterly facing and has a bespoke outside bar area, kitchen space for BBQs and a covered hot tub area! New composite decking runs from the rear of the kitchen to extend the indoor outside feel when the doors are open. There are also outside speakers wired to create a real entertainment space.
