Winton Chase
Winton Chase is a small development of just 72 detached houses built in approximately 1996 on the former site of the Winton boys school, before it amalgamated to join the girls school on the opposite side of the road. The Winton Chase development has a fantastic reputation within Andover as a lovely and friendly place to call home. There is an open green with a small play area for children and the development sides onto Ladies Walk which is a popular recreational area which dates back decades.
