This surprisingly spacious semi detached bungalow is located on the Eastern outskirts of the town overlooking a green area and close to local amenities including schools, shops and a public house. The accommodation comprises hallway with a walk in storage cupboard and further cupboard, a kitchen, living dining room with a door to the garden, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Outside there is a garden to the front enclosed by a picket fence and an attractive garden to the rear with a rear access gate.

Andover offers a range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities including a college of further education, a cinema, theatre and leisure centre. The mainline railway station runs a direct route to London s Waterloo in just over an hour whilst the nearby A303 offers good road access to both London and the West Country.
