In our opinion and based on other properties in the road, this property has vast scope for extending, this would be subject to the necessary consents.

DETAILS Being offered with no onward chain is this semi-detached home with garage and driveway parking, situated on the sought after Greenfields development in Alton. The property has a well-proportioned living room, dining room and a kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. In our opinion and based on other properties in the road, this property has vast scope for extending, this would be subject to the necessary consents.

Enter the property straight in to a hallway with the stairs directly in front to the first floor. To the left hand side of the hallway is access to the 13ft living room, with a double glazed window to the front aspect and an opening to the back part of the property and dining room. The dining room has a rear aspect overlooking the garden and a storage cupboard to one side. A separate kitchen leads off the dining room, comprising wall and base units with work tops over. There is an inset sink drainer and a four ring gas hob. Under counter space for a fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
