" A spacious four bedroom, detached family house with four reception rooms, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the south-western corner of the town. The house sits on a corner plot and has been recently improved and is presented in good order throughout, and includes a garage and driveway parking.

The house is approached from the driveway, with the front door opening into the entrance hall, where there is a cloakroom, stairs to the first floor and understairs cupboard. There are four reception rooms, which comprise a sizeable sitting room with French doors to the garden, a study, family room and dining room. There is a fitted kitchen, and a separate utility room located at the rear of the garage.

Upstairs, there is an airing cupboard on the first floor landing. The main bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and window to the side. Bedroom 2 has a Velux skylight window and access to some eaves storage. Bedroom 3 is above the sitting room and also has access to eaves storage. Bedroom 4 is at the rear of the house and has a cupboard housing the gas boiler. There is a bathroom with a modern white bath suite and a Velux skylight window.

The cathedral city of Winchester is about 7 miles away and there is easy access to the south coast, the midlands and London via the road network. There is also mainline rail access to London from both Winchester and Alton. Southampton airport is only about half an hour away by car.
