" A detached family house, set in a quiet cul-de-sac location towards the southern edge of the town. The property is beautifully presented throughout, with an open plan kitchen/dining room, large sitting room, four double bedrooms, and two bath/shower rooms.

There is driveway parking for four cars, and a double garage, part of which has been converted into an office. The rear garden has been thoughtfully landscaped and features a weather-proof pergola, which provides plenty of opportunity for outdoor living and entertaining. The property is offered for sale with the benefit of no onward chain.

The house is approached from the driveway, with the front door opening to a spacious entrance lobby, with doors to the cloakroom and the garage. A further door opens to the entrance hall, from where stairs lead up to the first floor. An understairs cupboard houses a computer desk and storage. The sizeable sitting room is located at the front of the property, and has windows to three sides and an impressive fireplace with a wood-burning stove. To the other side of the entrance hall is the open-plan kitchen/dining room, featuring a range of contemporary kitchen units and drawers, with quartz worktops and matching upstands.
