"This detached family home is part of the Chestnut Grove development built by Wimpey Homes in 2007, better known nowadays as the Woodland Walk development. This property has been renovated both inside and out by the current owners, including an upgraded kitchen with island and a landscaped garden with a firepit.

To the ground floor, the property has a large entrance hall which provides access to all rooms and the first floor. There is a rear aspect living room with French doors out to the garden, a study with a bay window, a refitted cloakroom, a dining area with a bay window, a refitted kitchen breakfast room with a central island, and a utility room. The kitchen has been fitted to the highest of standards and is made up of matching base and eye level units, a four ring gas hob with an extractor hood over, a sink looking out over the garden and space plumbing for a dishwasher. From the kitchen, the separate utility room has space plumbing for both a washing machine and tumble dryer, base and eye level units, and a work surface with an additional sink. To the first floor, there are four double bedrooms, a three piece family bathroom, and the master bedroom also has an en suite shower room.

Outside, the garden has been completed landscaped by the owners and is our favourite feature of this home. There is a patio area that can be accessed from the utility room and living room, with an al fresco dining area which is covered with a wooden pergola. From this dining area, there are steps leading down to the patio which is the perfect area for chilling out with your family and friends.
