" Martin & Co are delighted to offer to the market this superb family home that is ideally located in the popular Surrey village of Ash. The property, which we feel offers superb value for money, benefits from three generous bedrooms, a lounge diner, refitted kitchen and bathroom, and a sun room.

Miles road is situated on a popular development of other similar style family homes. It provides excellent nearby road links via the A3, M3, A331 and A31 all being easily reachable. Guildford town centre is just 7.6 miles away (source Google) whilst Farnham town centre is just 5.5 miles away (source Google).

To the front of the house there is a shingled driveway enclosed by low level fencing which gives comfortable parking space for two vehicles. Internally the front door opens onto a spacious entrance hall providing access to the lounge diner and kitchen breakfast room as well as two built in cupboards and stairway to the first floor. The lounge diner extends to over 22ft in length giving plenty of room to accommodate a dining table. There is a sun room to the rear of the house which would benefit from some cosmetic improvement but nevertheless provides a handy addition to the downstairs living accommodation.
